Sentience is an educational organisation based in the UK. We are committed to freeing peoples minds of the dogma of traditional approaches to life and meaning so that we can all lead a better life as individuals and as a society.

We are not associated with any religious group and stand for no particular set of beliefs. The ethos we support is one of finding our place in this world through connection with the truth, through knowledge and reason. Although we look to science for the facts we are more interested in why we have feelings, have minds that question and to explore the beauty and happiness that comes from spiritual connectedness.

The main contributor to the sentience site and presenter wishes to remain anonymous. Not least because he enjoys a pint down the pub without the need for constant philosophical debate.
